Capacity Units.

Instead of billable hours, we scope work in Capacity Units — each representing roughly 20% of a consultant's available time during a quarter.

This gives you a clear, predictable framework for how much bandwidth your team has — without the anxiety of watching a clock tick on every question or request.

Your tier determines how many Capacity Units are allocated per quarter. We work together during quarterly planning to decide where that capacity goes.
